Explore Scientific AR102 Refraktor mit 102 mm Öffnung

Der Explore Scientific AR102 ist ein Linsenteleskop in klassischer Doublet-Bauweise. Die Öffnung misst 102 mm, die Brennweite 663 mm bei f/6,5. Das Fernrohr eignet sich für Mond, Planeten und Deep Sky.

Bauart und Optik

Die Achromat-Optik aus Crown- und Flintglas arbeitet mit Luftspalt. Das Teleskop liefert scharfe Bilder mit hohem Kontrast. Die Tubuslänge bleibt transportabel, das Gewicht liegt bei rund 5,2 kg.

Auszug und Zubehör

Der 2-Zoll Crayford-Auszug hat eine 2-Gang-Untersetzung für feines Fokussieren. Ein 2-Zoll Zenitspiegel mit dielektrischer Vergütung gehört zum Lieferumfang. Ein 8x50 Sucherfernrohr mit Schnellwechselbasis erleichtert das Aufsuchen.

Montierung und Einsatz

Eine Rohrschelle mit Vixen-Schiene verbindet das Teleskop mit azimutalen oder parallaktischen Montierungen. Das Refraktor-Teleskop passt zu Sternwarten, Sternpartys und mobiler Beobachtung. Okulare werden nach Bedarf ergänzt.

Schönes Reiseteleskop

Ich nutze den AR102 auf einer AZ-Montierung als Schnellspechtel-Gerät. Mit 102mm und f/6,5 ist er handlich, kühlt schnell aus und zeigt Mond, Jupiter und helle Messier-Objekte sehr ansprechend. Verarbeitung ist ordentlich, der 2,5-Zoll Auszug trägt meine DSLR ohne Durchrutschen. Für ernsthafte Fotografie eher Weitfeld, visuell aber ein Genuss.
